Thread Counter model has a 1 1/8" diameter 8X glass lens and is lighted with 2 white LED light.  Folds flat for compact storage. Thread counters, testers or pick glasses, are great for many purposes in printing, laboratory, shop, graphic arts, engraving and industrial inspection.   Batteries Included, just remove battery cover and pull tab. Slide on/off switch.  Black metal zinc alloy body has embedded etched ruler measurement markings on base.  Folding magnifier comes in a black leather pouch.

      This is a very sturdy product - for the price you might expect a plastic body, but it's metal and has a bright LED light as well.
