Shipping & Returns
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase you made from FLS Discount Supplies, you may return most new, unopened merchandise within 30 days, unless otherwise noted on product page. Damaged products can be replaced upon request within 30 days of delivery. Please contact customer service at Randi.FLS@PCBsupplies.com for an authorization number and return the merchandise within 30 days to location specified when you receive you RA#. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on returned orders. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Due to their nature, custom and special made-to-order products cannot be accepted for return unless the product was initially defective. If a product is damaged during delivery to you via a freight carrier, note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt and request an inspection report on the damaged shipment from the carrier to be forwarded to you within 10 business days. Forward the inspection report and original packing list to FLS Discount Supplies and we will file a claim on your behalf and immediately replace the damaged item(s). If a product is damaged during delivery to you via UPS or Parcel Post, you must note the extent of the damage. Once complete, forward the form to FLS Discount Supplies and hold the damaged materials for disposition instructions.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply email email@example.com for a return authorization number or login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Most products are shipped F.O.B. point of origin from the office or warehouse of FLS Discount Supplies to your location. UPS & USPS are used for most shipments whenever possible. However, should your order exceed UPS size or weight limits, “Common Carrier” will be selected to expedite delivery. FLS Discount Supplies does not guarantee rush shipment request, and there must be pre approved written or verbal agreement from Randi or Fred LeVine that rush shipments can take place. When selecting UPS Freight Collect, special UPS services can be requested in the special instructions page during check out such as UPS Air; Next Day, 2nd or 3rd day. All shipping charges are prepaid by FLS and added to the customer’s invoice unless you choose to be billed freight collect. A $0.50 handling fee will be added to shipping charges. Any additional charges for services requested by the customer, including but not limited to inside delivery, special routing, residential delivery or pre-delivery notification must be paid by the customer.
